Mila Kunis is one tough cookie.

While in Russia promoting her new film Friends With Benefits, with co-star Justin Timberlake, Mila surprised a room full of journalists when she fired back a bold reporter who questioned Justin's career choice of acting, instead of singing.

"Why not?" Kunis testily replied. "What kind of question is that? Why are you here?"

Poor Justin had no idea was what going on until the translation came through his headset after the ordeal. He pointed at Mila and joked, "This is my bodyguard."

Mila Kunis :: Invite you to "the Marine Corps Ball"

Mila Kunis has been to plenty of award shows in the "Friends with Benefits" star's life, but she's just received an invite to an entirely different type of outing equally as special - a Marine Corps ball.

Sergeant Scott Moore, of the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan, posted a clip on YouTube on Thursday, showing the military man asking Mila to be his date for his November event.

Hey Mila, this is Sgt. Moore, but you can call me Scott," the Marine said on the clip, after lowering his sunglasses to show the camera his eyes.

"I just want to take a moment out of my day to invite you to the Marine Corps Ball on November 18 in Greenville, N.C., with yours truly," he continued as he walked in the desert.

The soldier asked for help from the public in a comment he posted beneath the clip.


"[H]elp me make it happen!" he wrote.

Mila's new film, "Friends With Benefits," co-starring Justin Timberlake and Emma Stone, is due out on June 22.
